II. About www.mybible.eu and the MyBible application
www.mybible.eu is a platform that offers its users an online space for study and personal development through the books made available.
The MyBible smartphone application is made available to users in order to facilitate optimal access to the platform.
Access to the platform and to the application is free of charge: nothing is sold through them and no payments are taken.
III. Intellectual property
www.mybible.eu is a trademark of S.C. Editura Viaţă şi Sănătate S.R.L.
The content and design of the website www.mybible.eu, as well as any other material related thereto, belong to Editura Viaţă şi Sănătate and/or its collaborators. You may not use, reproduce, or allow anyone else to use or reproduce the materials on www.mybible.eu without prior written permission from the Company.
You may not use frames or framing techniques for trademarks, logos, or other copyright-protected information (including images, texts, interfaces, forms) of the website www.mybible.eu without prior written permission from the Company.
IV. User registration
The website www.mybible.eu may be accessed free of charge, and simple browsing does not require user registration (account creation). However, in order to benefit from all services offered by the platform, you must register as a user (create a user account).
User registration implies your prior acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of use of www.mybible.eu and its Privacy Policy. These regulations constitute the contractual basis of the relationship between users and the Company.

VI. Force majeure
www.mybible.eu shall not be held liable for any delay or error resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its control. This exemption includes, but is not limited to: failures of the technical equipment of www.mybible.eu, loss of the internet connection, loss of telephone connections, computer viruses, unauthorised access to the systems of www.mybible.eu, operating errors, as well as the cases of force majeure provided for by the Romanian legislation in force.
VII. Complaints regarding intellectual property infringement
www.mybible.eu respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe that the site contains content that infringes those rights, please send us a notification at office@mybible.eu, or contact us by telephone or at the correspondence address listed in section I.
VIII. Applicable law
The services provided by the Company through www.mybible.eu are governed by Romanian law.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Romanian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement shall first be attempted, within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint at the headquarters of S.C. Editura Viață și Sănătate S.R.L. If no agreement is reached within that period, disputes between the parties shall be settled by the competent courts.
IX. Technical data
S.C. Editura Viaţă şi Sănătate S.R.L. reserves the right to modify technical data on www.mybible.eu at any time without prior notice. The technical data published on www.mybible.eu is provided for information purposes and does not constitute a contractual obligation.
